Chris Beale Consulting is an independent company specialising in risk management and risk assessment techniques for corporate entities, operations, designers and projects.
Chris brings a wealth of experience in facilitating risk management workshops and undertaking analysis for executive management, project managers, engineers, operations and maintenance teams. The consultancy focuses on achieving an agreed approach to identifying risk, how these risks needs to be managed and how best to achieve the desired objectives.
Chris Beale has a broad career background allowing him to understand the various contexts that impact on an organization. His earlier experiences as a factory engineer, production manager and factory manager were complimented with public sector experience as a construction industry safety adviser and Ministerial Advisor. Chris has been a risk management consult since 1997 and was recently the global functional manager for risk services at SKM. In these consulting roles Chris undertook over 500 risk management assignments in the areas of transport infrastructure, buildings, power, defence, mining, environmental and corporate governance.
Chris has an MBA, BEng, Grad Cert in Risk Management and is a Certified Practicing Risk Manager.
Chris has also been very active in the risk management profession as a Queensland executive representative for RMIA for ten years including a period as Queensland President. Chris has delivered many presentations at conferences and seminars since becoming a consultant in 1997.
These experiences have allowed Chris to embark on his own as an independent consultant to organisations who are seeking to identify and manage uncertainties in achieving their objectives.
